We do not guarantee any specific delivery date or time but please expect delivery Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Our delivery driver cannot always telephone or text prior to delivery. We recommend that you pick a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during normal working hours that must be over the age of 18 years old.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and want to give Authority to Leave the parcel in a safe place without signing please include this in your delivery notes.
 

• If we are unable to locate the delivery location and cannot contact you, redelivery will occur within 3-5 business days and an additional shipping fee may be incurred. 

• If the driver deems an Authority to Leave location to be unsafe then the parcel will be redelivered within 3-5 business days and must be signed for.
